WELCOME TO
Miss Cioffi's
Resource Room

Hello and welcome! My name is Miss Cioffi, and I am thrilled to be your child's Resource Teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. This is my third year working in Elmwood Park, and my second year working here at 16th Avenue School. I graduated in 2014 from William Paterson University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education.  I consider it a privilege to be a member of the 16th Avenue staff, and am very much looking forward to sharing in an exciting, and rewarding year with you and your child. On this website you will find additional information that explains classroom expectations, our daily schedule, important announcements, and also postings about weekly lessons, and homework assignments. I plan to update this information frequently so that you may stay both informed and involved in your child's time spent in my resource classroom. I am a firm believer that in order for a child to reach their fullest potential, there needs to be a strong link between home and school. I look forward to working closely with you to provide your child with the best possible educational experience, while pushing them to succeed in all they set out to accomplish. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time via email at lcioffi@epps.org.
